The expressway access is the real win here. I reach my office in the Sector 142 business parks in under fifteen minutes and South Delhi is a straight run.
Love the open, low-density feel and how clean the sector stays. The Aqua Line station being so close makes weekday commutes easy.
Great connectivity and calm surroundings, but you do need to drive out for a proper market or mall. Retail is still filling in.
We bought here for the Jewar airport upside and the metro, and so far it feels like the right long-term call. Very peaceful.
