The expressway link is a game-changer — I reach the airport in about 15 minutes and Cyber Hub without the old traffic snarls. Wide roads and green surroundings make daily life easy.
Love the low-density feel and the open layouts. The only catch is that neighbourhood shops and markets are still coming up, so I drive out for bigger errands.
Connectivity to Delhi and NH-48 is excellent and the sector feels safe and well maintained. Construction in a few nearby plots can get dusty at times.
As a frequent flyer the airport proximity sold me. The community is clean, secure and peaceful compared with the older parts of Gurugram.
