Godrej Properties quality shows in the details
Having owned a home before, I can say the finishing here is a notch above. The apartments are airy with good ventilation and natural light, and lift waiting times stay minimal even during the morning rush. Worth the premium.

Comfortable, though the sector is still growing
The spa & salon, gymnasium and gardens are the highlight and everything inside is well-built. Sector 27 is still developing, so a few daily-need shops are a short drive away — but Pari Chowk makes it manageable. Happy overall.

Homes are well finished and the greens are lovely. Maintenance response is generally fine, though it can be a touch slow at peak times. Nothing that outweighs the comfort and quality of living at Godrej Golf Links.

Kids love the play areas
The children's play zones and open greens are the best part for us. It's safe, gated, and the air feels fresher than the older parts of Greater Noida. Grocery and school options nearby keep improving. Solid choice for young families.
