Confident in the master plan and greenery
The low-density master plan and the landscaped gymnasium & indoor badminton were what won us over. Sumthana (near MIHAN) still has some infrastructure catching up to do, but with Godrej Properties behind it and the location, we're optimistic about Godrej Forest Estate.
