Strong investment potential
I booked here purely as an investment. Vastrapur has genuine growth drivers, prices are still reasonable at this stage, and Godrej Properties projects tend to hold value well. The pre-launch pricing on the 3 BHK was attractive.

Confident in the master plan and greenery
The low-density master plan and the landscaped jogging track were what won us over. Vastrapur still has some infrastructure catching up to do, but with Godrej Properties behind it and the location, we're optimistic about Godrej Altus.
