Good living experience, maintenance can be quicker
Homes are well finished and the greens are lovely. Maintenance response is generally fine, though it can be a touch slow at peak times. Nothing that outweighs the comfort and quality of living at Godrej Air.

Great home — a few finishing niggles at first
The layout and space are good and the towers look striking in the evening. We did have a couple of minor finishing issues at handover which the team fixed after follow-ups. The kids' play area and location more than make up for it.

Well-connected, family-oriented community
NH-48 and Dwarka Expressway make commuting predictable, which was our main need. The community is quiet and family-friendly, and the kids' play area is a favourite with the kids. A genuinely comfortable place to live.

Excellent home and a long-term asset
Bought here both to live and as a long-term asset. Ready-to-move meant immediate use with none of the launch uncertainty, and prices in Sector 85 have been firming up. As a home, the low-density layout feels genuinely premium.

Comfortable, though the sector is still growing
The kids' play area, gymnasium and gardens are the highlight and everything inside is well-built. Sector 85 is still developing, so a few daily-need shops are a short drive away — but NH-48 makes it manageable. Happy overall.
